Racing For a Cause at Utica Rome Speedway

The Utica Rome Speedway revs up with more racing action this Sunday, May 20. Heats and features in all 4 divisions, Dirt Modifieds, Sportsman, Pro Stocks, and Pure Stocks, will be featured. But the spotlight of the night will be on the modifieds with One Small Step “Go the Extra Mile” for Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Linsey and Tad Parks of Sauquoit are the forces behind the cause.
Linsey and Tad Parks have been championing the effort to educate people and raise donations to combat the disease since their son, Layne, was diagnosed with it. Many race fans know Tad Parks for his involvement in the sport, most recently Stewart Friesen’s championships at Five Mile Point Speedway and his current efforts at the Fonda Speedway.
