Preakness Stakes Today

The 136th running of the Preakness Stakes takes place today, post time 6:20pm. I just checked the weather forecast for Baltimore, Maryland, home of Pimlico Race Course, and it looks like a great day for horse racing. The forecast calls for partly sunny conditions, high about 83, cooling down to 68 degrees by early evening. So, looks like the mudders have no real advantage.

The big question as always, will we have a Triple Crown winner this year? Animal Kingdom, this year's Derby winner is the favorite to win the 136th running of the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico. Unlike the Derby that was crowded with 19 horses, this mile and 3/16 race features 14 horses, unless there's a scratch. Here's your lineup, post position, horse and jockey:
