Polly’s Purple Hair

On occasion, you need to switch things up.  For me, it's my every changing hair. I've had long blond hair, red streaks and even green hair after a home dye job went terrible wrong.  But that's another story.

For my recent trip to New York City, I decided to have purple streaks put in my hair.  I've never gone purple before and in the Big Apple, someone with purple hair would blend right in, right?  Plus it matched my new shirt and necklace I bought for the trip.

The thing about bright colors like purple and red; they don't last long.  It's only been a few weeks and the purple has faded, making me look like I have gray hair now.  I guess I'll have to pick another color to cover it up with.  Suggestions?
