Play Ball! Baseball Playoffs Start Today

Whether you’re an avid baseball fan or not, this time of year during the “Frog Days of Fall”, baseball gets very exciting! Today, the Major League Baseball American League Division Playoffs get underway. The first game features Tampa Bay at the Texas Rangers at 5:07 p.m. , with the New York Yankees hosting the Detroit Tigers tonight at 8:37 p.m.
The National League Division playoffs get underway on Saturday, with Arizona Diamondbacks at Milwaukee Brewers at 2:07 p.m., followed by The Philadelphia Phillies hosting the St. Louis Cardinals at 5:07 p.m.
This first series of playoffs is the best 3 out of five games, and in a short series anything can happen. The first two games are played at one ballpark, then the second two games take place at the opponent’s ballpark. If a fifth game is needed, the teams go back to the park where the series began. I hope your team wins. Play ball!
