Phil Vassar Among 5 More Free Concerts Coming To NY State Fair

The 2014 concert line up at The Great New York State Fair keeps getting better.  Phil Vassar is among 5 more free shows just announced.  Click for details, and find out what artist with a country connection is coming too.

Phil Vassar is at Chevy Court Saturday, AUgust 24 at 8p.m.  That brings the total to 24 free shows this year at Chevy Court.  Country acts already announced were; Florida Georgia Line, Jana Kramer, Vince Gill and Lee Greenwood.

Along with Phil Vassar, Grace Potter and The Nocturnals were also announced today.  Grace of course that hit with Kenny Chesney, "You and Tequila."  Grace opens up the fair on Thursday August 22 at 8p.m.

"The Fair is one of the state's great tourist attractions and is perhaps the best free music festival in New York.  These additions to the roster of talent add to the impressive list of performers in all genres at this year's Fair.  I encourage all New Yorkers to make the short trip to enjoy their State Fair," said Commissioner Aubertine.
