For three year's running, the Jameson bread pudding from Delta Lake Inn in Rome has been voted the People's Choice at Epicurean Delight.  Will they win a 4th time?

What makes the pudding so special?  Chef Dustin Swiss says 'when we heat up the heavy cream, we melt white chocolate chips in there. It adds that extra flavor.'

Swiss says they'll be bringing the 'Surf & Turf Portabella' this year. 'It has a seared sea scallop, a little tenderloin medallion inside a portabella mushroom with a bourbon sauce. It's one of the new items on our menu at Delta Lake Inn.'

Swiss says he and the staff at Delta Lake Inn look forward to Epicurean Delight every year. 'We always see the community support us at Delta Lake Inn so it's nice to support the community and Hospice is such a great cause.'

Laurie Barr, Community Support Services Supervisor of Hospice says ‘all the money raised stays locally’ to care for terminally ill patients in Herkimer, Oneida and Madison counties. ‘So when you support events like this, you are supporting your friends, neighbors and family,’ says Barr.

The white chocolate bread pudding was so good, it was the only dish brought in I didn't share.
