The Oswego County Sheriff's Office is trying to find the owner of a small boat found floating off the north shore of Oneida Lake. So, are you missing a boat?

The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and the Constantia Fire Department investigated a report of an unoccupied boat floating on Oneida Lake. This was found about ½ mile south of State Route 49 in the Village of Cleveland. There was no passengers inside, or any sort of identification of a passenger.

The boat is being described as a Walker Bay 8 row boat. It is white with blue seats approximately 8 feet long. On the rear of the boat is the word “SHOVE” in decal lettering. Anyone with information on the owner of the boat is requested to contact the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office at (315) 349-3411.
