Forget carving your own Jack-O-Lantern this year, it's been done for you thanks to Cinagro farms in California.  Cinagro which is organic spelled backwards, is growing Frankenstein shaped pumpkins. They are created in molds and come out looking better than any Jack-O-Lantern I can carve. And they are edible. The only problem is they are sold out.

What a creative idea.  It's so popular, the farmer can't keep up with demand. No word on whether more Frankenstein pumpkins will be available. In the meantime, you can get different shaped fruits and vegetables including heart shaped watermelon. Check it all out at their website Cinagro-Farms.com or follow Cinagro-Farms on Facebook.

A square watermelon may even be easier to cut and eat than a round one. Plus it's all grown organically. A win win.
