One Worker Left Out of Mega Millions Jackpot in Albany

7 employees at the Home's and Community Renewal Agency in Albany are millionaires after hitting the Mega Millions Jackpot.  But there are 8 people who work in the office.  The last guy, who normally chips in for the tickets, decided not to take part.  He said he just wasnt' feeling lucky.  Had he chipped in, he would have won sixteen million.  OUCH!

Now the question is - would you still split your winnings, even though he opted out?  If it were me, I'd have to at least give him some of my share.  I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I didn't.  How much would depend on how much I liked him :)
