One and Done For Utica Mayor Dave Roefaro

This may come as good or bad news depending on your views on how the city of Utica is being run.  Utica Mayor Dave Roefaro announced today, he will not be running for re-election.  He's proud of what he's been able to accomplish during his term and feels he's leaving the city better off than when he took office.

The announcement may come as a shock to some.  He said his reasons for not running for a second term was so he could focus on his business and family.  After the speech, he left without taking any questions from reporters.
