The blind auditions are over on 'The Voice.'  Blake Shelton filled his team with two potential country stars.

NBC

Nicole Johnson
Nicole Johnson sang 'Mr Know it All,' a song by Blake's mentor last season, Kelly Clarkson.  Both Blake and Cee Lo Green wanted her on their team.  Cee Lo fought the good fight but it was Blake and his country roots that won Nicole over.  He told Nicole he wasn't sure if she sounded like Kelly or was singing Kelly's song with a little country flavor.  It wasn't until she sang the word 'thang,' Blake was convinced.  'You had me from thang and I would be honored to be your coach.'

Rudy Parris
Rudy Parris is proof you can't judge a book by its cover.  He countrified The Police's 'Every Breath You Take' and had both Blake and Cee Lo Green wanting him on their team.  As appearances go, Rudy fit better on Cee Lo's team with his Ozzy Osbourne look, but this singing reality show isn't about looks, its about 'The Voice.'  'You damn sure don't look country but country is still in your heart. I don't know what you're going to do about that other than pick me as your coach' was Blake's advice.  And good advice it was since Rudy choose to be on his team.
