Niagara Falls Tight Rope Walk Tonight

Nik Wallenda will attempt something that hasn’t been done in over 100 years. He’ll tightrope walk over the Niagara Falls. The 7th generation Flying Wallenda received special permission to perform this feet since it was banned 128 years ago. You can watch it unfold live on ABC tonight at 9.
Wallenda is no stranger to death defying feats. He already has 6 Guinness Book of World Records including one for walking over the high wire at Atlantis.

Wallenda will walk over 1500 feet, 200 feet above Horseshoe Falls tonight. He’s been busy practicing with wind machines and fire hoses to emulate possible conditions when he’s above the Falls. Thanks to News 4 Buffalo for the great practice picture above. Watch his practice run or should I say walk below.
Be sure to catch Wallenda’s historic walk from the American side of Niagara Falls to the Canadian side tonight on ABC at 9. To get Nik ready for his big night, here’s a little inspirational music from Brad Paisley.
