If you’re traveling today, you will encounter different weather conditions, depending on which part of the state you’re driving in. Looking at the New York State Thruway road conditions can give you a good idea as to what’s going on around us, weather wise, and it looks like things are improving.
Here’s an updatde on Thruway road conditions as of 1:20 p.m., according to the New York State Thruway Authority:
New York City to Kingston – Generally Clear
Kingston north to Albany and west through Utica-Rome and Syracuse: Snow, wet and icy spots
Syracuse west to Rochester – Scattered rain showers, road is wet in spots
Rochester westbound to Buffalo and the Penn. State line – Generally Clear
