A Disney film about chimps, a “chick flick” and a romantic comedy will be vying for your movies dollars this weekend as three new films open at local theaters. “Chimpanzee” is a heart warming story about an orphaned chimp. “The Lucky One” stars Zac Efron as an Iraq war veteran searching for a special woman back home and “Think Like A Man” is comic romp that centers on Steve Harvey’s popular book of the same name. Check out the trailers and local showtimes.

Here are the showtimes at the Marquee in New Hartford, the Rome Cinemas and the Glenwood MoviePlex in Oneida.
