New Hartford Police Take Unlikely Suspect into Custody

New Hartford Police have taken into 'custody' an unlikely suspect. After a short foot pursuit, the perp or should we say, 'pup' was captured.

According to police, Officer Allen spotted the small dog running down Alexandria Road towards Seneca Turnpike. The Officer called the scared little pup over and it jumped right into the squad car and began howling.

The 'suspect' was taken to the New Hartford Police Station and has since been sent  to Stevens-Swan Humane Society.
