NCIS America’s All Time Favorite TV Show

A recent Harris Poll asked the question, “What are your two or three favorite television shows of all time?”. The number one show? “NCIS” which rose from the number four spot in 2009 to the top of the list today. Here is the rest of the top fifteen.
