NBA Player Ron Artest First Booted From Dancing With the Stars [VIDEO]

It’s going to take more than a name change to help Metta World Peace compete on the dance floor.  The man once known as Ron Artest was the first to be sent packing on ABC‘s ‘Dancing With The Stars.’  He was in the bottom two with TV host and legal analyst Nancy Grace.  Despite Artest’s lack of dance moves you’d think at least his teammates would have voted for him.  It’s not like they have anything else to do with the NBA lockout.

The action continues on Dancing With The Stars next week as the remaining contestants return to perform new routines.  Tune in to ABC at 8 to see if Nancy Grace can step it up and JR Martinez and Chynna Phillips keep the top spot.
