Naked Woman Charged With DWI, Denies Being Naked
A downstate New York woman has been charged with DWI after crashing her car into a wall. The Gothamist reports that Catherine Giaquinto was allegedly not only drunk but also naked when officers pulled her over. She denied being naked and, technically, she may have been correct. But there is much more to the story.
Giaquinto WAS wearing a leather jacket, unzipped, with nothing underneath. Pretty close to naked though. And the rest of the story?
Giaquinto’s] speech was badly slurred and mostly unintelligible. She could not remember if she had been involved in an accident and did not know where she was going… The officer observed a dress and other articles of clothing in plain view on the rear passenger seat of the vehicle. He retrieved these items and directed Giaquinto to get dressed. It took approximately 10 minutes for Giaquinto to put her clothes on and when she was done, the officer noted that she had put her dress on inside out and backward

Needless to say drinking and driving is a pretty stupid thing to do and when you compound it by doing so without any clothes on, well, you deserve all the laughter being directed at you.
