My Good Deed For the Day

On my drive home this week, I noticed a sign for a bottle and can drive today at Hart's Hill Inn to benefit the Whitesboro boys soccer team. What a great way to clear out my shed and help a good cause. Although I only found one bag of cans, since I'm guessing my teenaged daughter turned in the others for spare change, something is better than nothing.

Although the bottle and can drive is over, you can still help the Whitesboro boys soccer team. On Thursday September 18th, 20% of all sales at Charlie's Pizza will be donated to the booster club from 5pm-8pm.

My good deed for the day is done.  What have you done today? Whether it's holding the door for someone, helping carry a heavy load or just lending an ear, a simple gesture can go a long way.
