New York Upstate used the latest Census data available from 2016 and identified the cities, towns, villages and even tiny hamlets that have the highest median monthly rent in every county in Upstate NY. Here's a look at Central New York counties:

1) Cayuga County

If you were looking to rent in the village of Victory, the median rent is at $944.
