Missing Airline Pilot Causes Scotty McCreery To Miss White House Visit
Imagine getting an invite to the White House. Scotty McCreery had the honor today to celebrate the Red Sox World Series win, but missed the opportunity. Why? The pilot for his flight didn't show up.
Sounds like an April Fools prank doesn't it? That's what I first thought, until I saw a tweet from American Airlines, apologizing and offering to make it up to McCreery. I doubt you can make up a missed visit to the White House.
Woulda been at the White House today to celebrate the Red Sox World Series Championship, but @AmericanAir captain decided not to show up…

@scottymccreery Our apologies for the inconvenience, Scotty. Please DM your six letter record locator and we'll see if we can help.

@AmericanAir nope, nothing you can do. Had to be at the White House gates no later than 10:15. No free tix will help this either… thanks…

I bet Scotty will never fly American Airlines again. His fans may not either.
