Miranda Lambert hosted the fourth annual "Cause For Paws" Benefit, which raises nearly $300,000 this year for animal shelters and the Humane Society of East Texas.

She performed for an audience of more than 7,000 people and had special guest Josh Kelley perform, too.

Lambert's charity, where proceeds from the benefit will go, is called MuttNation. And, according to MuttNation.com, the organization's purpose is to not only "build animal shelters," it "reduces/eliminates euthanasia of healthy animals" and "trains shelter dogs for purposes of therapy programs."

The "Cause For Paws" Benefit took place in East Texas on April 30.
