Just one year after Nashville's historic flood, another Tennessee music city is experiencing record flood waters. Memphis, considered the home of the blues, has seen Mississippi River levels hit a 75 year high.  The water is a half mile from Memphis' historic music scene on Beale Street.  It appears a lot of landmarks are going to be spared, including Graceland.  The river is expected to crest sooner than expected.
