Memorial Day Parades
May 30, 2011 10:08 AM Today is Memorial Day, a time to reflect and pay tribute to those who gave their lives for our country. There are a number of local memorial services and remembrances, as well as parades being held today.
Here’s a list of some of the local parades today:
Poland – 10am from the firehouse on Case Street
New York Mills – 11am beginning on Elm Street to Veterans Park
Verona – 12:30pm starting at Joel’s Steak House
Utica – 2pm from Genesee Street and Eagle Street south to the Parkway
New Hartford – 7pm starting from the New Hartford Shopping Center
