Mavericks Comeback CD Due January 29 [AUDIO]

In my 44 years of radio I have heard a lot of great music and a lot of not so great music but I rarely get excited about a new release. This is one of those occasions. One of my favorite country bands from the mid-90′s, the Mavericks, is back with a new CD called “In Time” and it will released next Tuesday, January 29. Check out these samples.

Raul Malo has one of the most distinctive voices in music, country or otherwise, and I hope this album puts the Mavericks back where they belong–on the charts!
