Remember turning 21? The celebration will be nearly as big as the the Master Gardeners at Cornell Cooperative Extension host their annual Herb & Flower Festival for the 21st time, June 17.

The festival began in 1996 as a way bring attention to the Parker F. Scripture Botanical Garden. Some 2 plus decades later, the event has turned into an educational and fun experience for all ages.

The Festival is June 17 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Oneida County Farm and Home Center on 121 Second Street in Oriskany. You can enjoy a nature trail, butterfly house, bee hives and talk with nearly 50 plant and garden vendors. And with the Master Gardeners on hand, you're sure to get some great advice on herbs, flowers and gardening.
