Mark Harmon has been a TV and movie star for a lot of years now but he apparently wears very well as he has been voted America’s Favorite TV Star for the second year in a row. A survey conducted by the Harris Poll found the “NCIS” star to be number one among TV viewers with Ellen DeGeneres coming in at number two.  Check out the rest of the Top 10. 3–Jon Stewart
