Whether you're already making maple syrup or just thinking about it, Cornell Cooperative Extension 
will be hosting a workshop for intermediate to beginning producers.

Onondaga County CCE and Cornell Maple Specialist, Steve Childs will host the class on December 12 at 8:30 a.m. in East Syracuse.

Steve will speak to beginner and intermediate sugarmakers alike about equipment, boiling, filtering and marketing opportunities.

The workshop includes a field trip to a small local sugar maker and the local maple supply manufacturing facility at Next Generation Maple Products.
