It's week 8 and that means it's time to win some games. At this point everything is a crap shoot, but we can focus on stats and trends to get your lineup as close to perfect as possible.

Here are my favorite starts and sits this week, along with a few other options that may be available on the wires.

Luke's Favorites To Start

Carson Wentz, Eagles QB - Wentz has been tearing it up lately and will face a 49ers D that had 40 points hung on them last week.

Andy Dalton, Bengals QB - He's playing the Colts D

Case Keenum, QB Vikings - They're playing the Browns in London, so be sure to check the kickoff time if you're rolling with Keenum against a terrible Browns team.

Joe Mixon, Bengals RB - Mixon should be set to have a breakout week in week 8. The Colts allow the most TD's and 2nd most PPR points to RB's this season.

LeGarrett Blount, Eagles RB - Blount should have a great week against the 49ers who let Ezekiel Elliott go off last week.

Keenean Allen, Chargers WR - The Patriots are allowing an average of 200 yards and the 3rd most PPR points to WR's this year.

Adam Thielen, Vikings WR - He should have a solid day against the Browns in London.

Tight End Starts: Jason Witten, Cowboys

Hunter Henry, Chargers

Luke's Favorites To Sit

Jacoby Brissett, Colts QB - The Bengals are only giving up an average of 11 points to QB's this season.

Trevor Siemian, Broncos QB - He hasn't been great the last few weeks and is facing a tough Chiefs D in Week 8. Sit him.

Lamar Miller, Texans RB - Here's a great stat for this week - The Seahawks have only allowed one 100 yard rusher since 2015!

DeSean Jackson, Buccaneers WR - The Bucs are playing division rival Carolina who is allowing an average only 120 yards to opposing WR corps.

Eric Ebron, Lions TE - Ebron has scored a total of 11 points since week 2, Sit him.

BEWARE: Will Fuller IV, Texans WR - Fuller has been a beast of late, but this week's matchup against the Seahawks D is a tough one.
