It's week 4 of the Fantasy Football season and that means we're deep enough into the season that you need to put together some wins to separate yourself from the pack. Let's see if we can score you some points this week.

Remember the Dolphins and Saints play in London this week so that's a 9:30 a.m. Eastern time kickoff, so get your lineup set early.

Your Questions

Should you start Jay Ajayi?

Short answer yes. Although he's dealing with a knee problem, he's been kept out of practices as a precaution. Double check his status before the 9:30 a.m. start on Sunday. If he's playing he should have a good day against a Saints Defense that is giving up the most points to RB's this season.

Luke's Favorites To Start

Golden Tate, Lions WR - Tate and Stafford have been a solid connection, and if Tate is working from the slot, he should have a strong day vs the Vikings.

Theo Riddick, Lions RB - Riddick is a good play especially in PPR leagues this week. He's been targeted in the passing game more than 7 times in 2 of 3 weeks. He gets a lot of work on the goal line too.

Tevin Coleman, Falcons RB - Use Coleman as a deep flex if you need one. The Bills Defense has been good, but expect the Falcons to get Coleman the ball in space to attack the Bills D.

Sammy Watkins, Rams WR - Watkins had a great game in week 3, but did suffer a concussion. If he's good to go on Sunday play him against a weak Cowboys secondary.

DeAndre Hopkins, Texans WR - Hopkins historically has great games against his AFC South rivals. He'll be valuable in PPR leagues this week.

Joe Mixon, Bengals RB - Mixon finally took over the bulk of the workload in Cincinnati, and could see big numbers against a mediocre Browns Defensive line.

Luke's Favorites To Sit

Eric Decker, Titans WR - Decker hasn't made a lot of the few opportunities he's had since getting to Tennessee. I'd sit him here, and I will be in at least one of my leagues.

Cam Newton, Panthers QB - Cam hasn't been himself this season, Blmae it on injury or regression, but I'd look for a streaming option like Trevor Siemian or Jay Cutler.

Martavius Bryant, Steelers WR - Bryant is typically bad on the road. I'd look for another option on the road in week 4 against division rival Baltimore.

Bills Defense - Be wary of any Defense playing the Falcons. Atlanta has shredded a few of the NFL's best Defenses so far this year.

Jets Players - the Jets have put up a few decent scoring weeks, but nobody on their team is worth reaching for. It's too early in the season to chase fantasy points, especially from the Jets.

There you go, hopefully we can get you some points this week or at least avoid some zeros.
