Fantasy Football's third week has wrapped up and it's time for Luke to own up to the predictions he got wrong.

I had a decent week in week 3, winning two out of my three leagues, but as I've said before this isn't about my team, it's about yours.

How'd we do?

What Luke Got Wrong

Devonta Freeman, Falcons RB - I said to go with Christian McCaffery over Freeman. McCaffery did have a decent day, but Freeman had a TD and 106 yards plus a few catches too. Hopefully you played him anyway.

Randall Cobb, Packers WR - I expected big things from Cobb against the Bengals, but he never even had a catch.

Chris Hogan, Patriots WR - I told you to sit a banged up Hogan who then went on to score two TD's. Oops. But with the Patriots it's tough to tell who's going to get the ball week to week.

Theo Riddick/Ameeer Abdullah, Lions RB's - Going into week 3 Atlanta had let up over 20 points to running backs. That stopped this week.

Jonathan Stewart, Panthers RB - I expected Carolina to run the ball a ton on a weak Saints Defense, but Stewart only managed 57 yards rushing.

Phillip Rivers, Chargers QB - Rivers has been behind seemingly for his whole career so I expected a few TD's out of him. Instead he went scoreless with 237 yards.

The Colts - I've been saying to avoid the Colts players all season. It took playing the Browns for both Frank Gore and T.Y. Hilton to finally get something going. Hilton had 7 receptions for 153 yards and a TD while Gore posted 57 yards and a TD.

Luke's Iffy Predictions

Carson Wentz, Eagles QB - since the Eagles always play the Giants tough, I thought Wentz was due for a big day. With a TD and 176 yards it probably wasn't big enough to make a difference.

Ty Montgomery, Packers RB - Montgomery should have had a better day against the Bengals. If you used him in a PPR league his 8 catches for 15 yards may have helped you, but not as much as I hoped.

What Luke Got Right

Christian McCaffery, Panthers RB - In PPR leagues McCaffery was a solid play this week with 9 catches for 101 yards.

A.J. Green, Bengals WR - Green may be on a struggling Bengals team, but that only means they have to throw the ball. If you took my advice and played him, you made out with 111 yards and a TD that definitely helped your team out.

Mark Ingram , Saints RB - If you took my advice and benched Ingram, well done. Ingram only managed 56 yards on the ground on Sunday.

Alshon Jeffery, Eagles WR - Just like Ingram, I told you how Jeffery was facing the Giants best corner in Janoris Jenkins. Hopefully you listened and benched Jeffery because he only had 4 receptions for 56 yards.

Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals WR - I predicted Larry Fitz to have a big night against a weak Cowboys Defensive secondary and he did. If you took my advice on this one, Fitz had a big night with 13 catches for 149 yards and a TD.

It looks like I got more wrong than right this week, but that's how fantasy football goes. She's a cruel mistress.

Hopefully you only took my advice on the predictions that came true, but if not there's always next week.

I'll take your fantasy football questions for week 4 at Luke@BigFrog104.com, or on our Facebook page, and I'll be back on Friday to help you prepare for week 4.
