Week 1 of the fantasy football playoffs is here! If you secured a first-round bye then you have obviously been paying attention to my tips. If not lets get playoff ready together.

Luke's Favorites to Start

Josh McCown, Jets QB - McCown has had 18+ points in 5 of his last 7 games and is facing a Broncos D that has allowed 4 top 10 road QB's this season.

Brett Hundley, Packers QB - He's been playing a lot better in the last few weeks, and this week he faces the Browns. It's a gamble that I think will pay off.

Alfred Morris, Cowboys RB - Morris is playing a weak Giants D this week, and he's looked a lot better over the last few games.

Lamar Miller, Texans RB - Miller is facing a 49ers team that is allowing the 2nd most PPR points to RB's this season.

Michael Crabtree, Raiders WR - He's their #1 WR and hes playing a Chiefs team that is allowing the 2nd most PPR points to WR's this season.

Sterling Shepard, Giants WR - Shepard is the best thing the Giants have going offensively aside from Eli Manning returning to the starting lineup. Dallas has been pretty terrible in the secondary this year, and that makes a good combination for Shepard.

Luke's Favorites to Sit

Blake Bortles, Jaguars QB - Despite a few good weeks recently, I see Bortles returning to Earth against a tough Seahawks D this week.

Beware Carson Wentz, Eagles QB - Wentz has been solid this year, but a tough matchup against the Rams in L.A. could mean another low scoring week for Wentz. Weigh your options carefully.

Matt Forte, Jets RB - The Broncos run D is much better than their pass D, so unless you're using Forte as a deep flex option, I'd avoid him this week.

Jordy Nelson, Packers WR- While they are playing the Browns, he hasn't gotten on the same page as Brett Hundley. On top of that, his 5 catch, 17 yard performance last week is his best since Aaron Rodgers went down.

Good luck in the playoffs. If you survive I'll see you right here next week!
