According to our sister station, WIBX:

"Students ranging in age from 7 to 18 are rallying in front of the Utica City School District Administrative Offices.

With signs asking “Where Did Our Money Go,” and “Occupy Utica Schools” almost three dozen students are asking state leaders like Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi to help them ensure that Utica gets its fair share of funding from the Governor.

14-Year old organiser Trinh Truong thought up the event a few days ago which she organized through social media.

She says that she expects about a hundred students to participate in today’s rally."
