Local Gas Prices Above National Average

Assemblyman Brindisi is asking New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to investigate allegations of price gouging by local retailers. Brindisi says he has been receiving calls over the past six months from constituents who have complained that prices in his district are higher than elsewhere in New York. He has personally seen the difference as well driving back and forth from Utica to Albany.
