"The Bedford, MA, company iRobot, which already makes a robotic vacuum cleaner, is introducing a tiny new robot that will wash the bathroom floor. Called the Scooba 230, the unit is compact enough at just 6.5 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches tall to clean in tight spaces around toilets and other bathroom fixtures. It claims the Scooba 230 can neutralize up to 97% of common bacteria and, unlike an old-fashioned mop and bucket, does not reuse dirty water. Available this spring, the new robot will retail for $299.99."
