Tammy Mondrick has always wanted to take part in a demolition derby. After surviving breast cancer, the Lee Center woman decided to stop wishing and start doing, creating a bucket list. July 31st Mondrick will cross demo derby off her list when she drive at the Boonville Onieda County Fair.

Mondrick has 'Titziana,' her pink 44DD derby car, complete with sparkled bra. She and her team 'Heaven's Hands,' are selling handprints to place on the car with all the money going to the American Cancer Society.

Titziana made her debut at the Camden Relay for Life, complete with a pink helmet that features the cancer ribbon, Tammy's name on the front and 'Save the Tatas' on the back. Tad and I were honored to buy the first two handprints placed on the car

Good luck to Mondrick at the Demo Derby on July 31st, the final day of the Boonville-Oneida County Fair. She's hoping to not be the first knocked out but Mondrick says she doesn't want anyone to take it easy on her either just because she's had cancer. "I just want to be treated like everyone else in the derby."

What would you put on your bucket list? For Polly it was skydiving, an item she crossed off for her 40th birthday. For Tad, it would be to travel to England to see Stonehenge.
