The National Weather Service has issued a Lake Effect Snow Warning from 6 tonight to 6 tomorrow morning. While the forecast is up to a foot of snow, it appears the heaviest snowfall will be in Northern Chenango and Cortland Counties.  No matter how much snow we end up with, blowing snow may be the biggest concern with winds gusting up to 35 mph.  Temperatures will be in the teens and with those winds, wind chills will be a concern too.  Get the latest forecast details here.  Matt and Polly Wogg will have the latest school information and road conditions tomorrow morning with Winter Watch starting at 6.
