Kim Kardashian Defends Marriage, Split

The world is still reeling (LOL) from the new that reality star Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries are calling it quits some 72 days into their “marriage”. Now rumors are surfacing that the whole thing was simply another set-up for her show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”. Kim insists that this was not the case.

“I am trying not to read all the different media reports but it’s hard not to see all the negative ones,” Kardashian tweeted on Tuesday. “First and foremost, I married for love. I can’t believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show!”

Kris, on the other hands, seems—and I say “seems” purposely—to have blindsided by the news.

“I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce. I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work,”

And some people wonder why they call it “Hollyweird”?
