Kellie Pickler will be bringing her “Red High Heels” to the Fonda Fair, Saturday September 3. Kellie’s latest single “Tough” may seem to be in conflict with her somewhat ditsy blond image but she says it’s really closer to the truth than many of her fans would believe.
