Kelleigh Bannen plowed past songs from the Lost Trailers and D. Vincent Williams on Taste of Country Nights radio this week with her debut single ‘Sorry on the Rocks.’ Will her wins be enough to help her take on big-leaguer Luke Bryan in the Showdown?

Bryan is a well-known face and name in the country music mainstream, but his new single ‘Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye’ is less familiar as far as radio goes. The song has a great hook and a memorable lyric, much like the handful of singles it follows from his ‘Tailgates and Tanlines’ album. It’s a sound Bryan’s incredibly dedicated fans know and love, but it might be wearing thin for those looking for something a little fresher.

Perhaps Bannen’s ‘Sorry on the Rocks’ is the necessary cure? Listen to clips of both the newcomer’s and Bryan’s songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour online, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. Hear the full versions of the songs tonight after 10PM on Taste of Country Nights, and vote again by calling (888) 678-9995.

You can listen to the show online through any of the 33 radio stations that carry it. Voting will end tonight at 10:40PM CT.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour. If a song wins five days in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.
