Keith Urban showed all of America why he's a multi-Platinum selling country music singer-songwriter with a performance of 'Little Bit of Everything' and 'Even the Stars Fall 4 U' on the 'Today' show on Tuesday (Sept. 10).

The singer started out by chatting with Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie, looking cool and casual in a black T-shirt and denim, sporting usual easygoing demeanor. Urban opened up about 'Fuse,' his seventh studio album released Tuesday, saying, "I think it's just a good expansion on our sound, yeah ... a lot of new producers, a lot of songwriters I haven't written with before."

"It's a whole new energy," he added.

With an energetic "here we go!" Urban kicked off the performance on the outdoor NYC stage. His vocals were spot-on, his intricate guitar solo rocked the plaza and he never missed a beat -- smiling through his delivery.

It was clear that the singer, along with his backing band, were having a lot of fun, and the audience gave their full-on approval with a roaring applause at the end of each song. Always attentive to his followers, the star posed for photos with the audience, making it a great day for many Urban fans and passersby.

With a rousing concert in Rockefeller Plaza, a new album release and a recent performance with Steven Tyler, Urban is on top of his game -- his 'fuse' is lit.
