March's third major winter storm is expected to arrive this week and while it should skirt most of CNY, we could still see up to a foot.

This week's nor'easter should stay more to the east than the last storms, but some lake effect snow will fill in those gaps, leaving somewhere around 8-12 inches possibly accumulating here in Central New York.

Syracuse.com is reporting the storm will be the strongest in Boston, but CNY will probably see the first flakes flying Monday night into Tuesday with more coming sporadically throughout the rest of the week.
