Summer hasn't even arrived and it's already a busy month for 4-H.  Cornell Cooperative Extensions' 4-H Youth Development has a calendar full of classes for dogs, dairy, horses and non-animal projects.

The start of June means the end of the school year is close and so isn't the upcoming show season at the fairs.  Cornell hosts several clinics to teach the kids more about their animals and how to properly care for them.

Dog Obedience Classes - June 4, June 11, June 18, June 25

Classes are for beginner and advanced beginner levels. Parcipants in the class must be between the ages of 9-19.  All dogs must be at least 6 months of age and owners must provide a copy of current rabies and vaccinations.

Riding Evaluations - June 6 and June 13

June 6th—Blackberry Ridge Stables, Vernon , 10am
