Julianne Hough is Engaged

Congrats to Julianne Hough who is engaged. She and her fiancé, Brooks Laich shared the news on social media.

Hough posted her engagement on Instagram saying, "We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiancé #love."

Hough and Laich first met "through his friend and Hough's "Curve" costar Teddy Sears, who formally introduced them during a wedding reception," according to the LA Times.

Hough hinted she found her dream man a few weeks ago when she posted a photo with the caption: "I wanna grow old with you."

Laich is a hockey player from Canada who was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in 2001. He currently plays for the Washington Capitals.

Before meeting Laich, Hough dated Chuck Wicks for a year before hooking up with Ryan Seacrest for almost three years. They parted ways in March of 2013.
