Josh Gracin Safe After Posting Possible Suicide Note on Facebook
Josh Gracin is safe after alarming friends and family with what appeared to be a suicide note on his Facebook page. Police were called to check on the American Idol alum and former FrogFest guest who wasn't home. Gracin was eventually reached and agreed to come home.

According to TMZ, Gracin drove himself to the hospital with a police escort and is being evaluated by doctors.
Gracin's message pointed to problems in his marriage and implied he'd given up. 'Please remember me as someone who gave his all in his music. Pray for my family as they carry on in this world without me. Goodbye.'
Gracin's manager updated fans on Twitter, letting them know he was safe.
This is Josh's manager, Amy. Thank you everyone for your prayers & concern. Josh is safe & with his family now. I promise to update soon.

Gracin apologized late last night on Facebook. 'To all of you.. I apologize dearly for what I have put you through today… I am ok and I am getting help. I am so sorry to all of you.'
Friends and fans posted positive messages on Gracin's Facebook page, encouraging him to keep his head up, stay positive and call if he needed help.
Gracin married his wife Ann Marie in 2001 and they have four children together.
We're relieved Gracin is safe and getting the help he needs.
