Office star John Krasinski returns to Little Falls. He was in town with a crew to scout scenes for his movie 'A Quiet Place.'

"All the movie department heads, director and lead actor were back in Little Falls -- almost 40 folks total," writes Little Falls Mayor Mark Blask on Facebook. "After having lunch on Main Street they went back to work talking about specific scenes and what views they wanted to capture."

William Peterson captured a few shots of Krasinski and his crew walking around Little Falls, looking for the perfect spots to film.

Keith Rubino also caught a glimpse of Krasinski and his crew, but didn't bother them.  "There's nothing more frustrating than watching John Krasinski walk past you and you realize you don't want to be that guy and bother him while he's in the middle of a shoot," Rubino wrote on Facebook. "You could see the passion in his eyes as he walked down Little Falls Main St and said 'this right here is the money shot we want.' And then to see the 30 or 40 people that were with him that are part of his crew. It's just crazy."

The crew will return to Little Falls in the Fall. "I am happy to say they will definitely be shooting here in October," says Blask.

The movie which stars Krasinski and his wife Emily Blunt will be released in April 2018.

Several Hollywood stars have been spotted in New York lately, working on films. Ben Stiller is in upstate working on ‘Escape at Dannemora’ and William Fichtner is in his hometown of Buffalo to shoot a movie called ‘Cold Brook.’
