If you're a fan of Jimmy John’s in New Hartford, get ready to enjoy these sandwiches in downtown Utica. The company has announced that they will open a new shop in Utica.

WKTV reports that the new shop will be located next to Freeman and Foote Jewelers, in the old Rite Aid building that has been empty for years. At the moment it's unsure when construction will start, but the sandwich shop could open within the next nine months.

The New Hartford on Campion Road will continue to remain open. Both location will be owned by the same owners. Once we have more delicious details on this location we'll be glad to spread the news.
