Jason Aldean will be ringing in the New Year with a warm Los Angeles breeze and a live performance that will be aired on national television. The country crooner has been confirmed for the West Coast Party in conjunction with 'Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,' which will bring in 2013 with Ryan Seacrest.

The 2012 ACAs Artist of the Year will join up with a handful of other mega-stars, including Justin Bieber, Greyson Chance, Ellie Goulding and the Wanted. Pop star Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas will host the West Coast Party portion of the famed event.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the country, Aldean's fellow country star Taylor Swift will perform in Times Square with Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida, Brandy, Neon Trees and a few other artists.

The country's biggest New Year's Eve party will kick off at 8PM ET with a two-hour celebration of Dick Clark's life. The former 'New Year's Rockin' Eve' host passed away earlier this year, and his iconic presence will definitely be missed. Then, at 10PM ET, Seacrest and co-host Jenny McCarthy will start interviewing stars and introducing performances in New York City, while Fergie does the same from the West Coast.

Altogether, the special will feature five-and-a-half hours of New Year's Eve programming. So far, there's no word on which one of his hit tunes Aldean will choose to perform. Tune in to ABC on Monday Dec. 31 at 8PM ET see Aldean and Swift in action!
