Jason Aldean Gives Props To Fellow Artists

It’s been an amazing year for Jason Aldean. He topped USA Today’s country airplay charts three times (“My Kinda Party”, “Dirt Road Anthem”, “Don’t You Want To Stay”), toured with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban and won a number of awards including CMA album of the year and 6 American Country Awards. With all of this success you might forgive him if he feels a little full of himself but Jason is more than willing to give big props to some of his fellow artists.
Here’s what he had to say about a few.
Kenny Chesney

“Brad has taken over that Vince Gill (role), where he’s not only a talented entertainer/musician, he’s also this personality. He’s hosting the CMA Awards show, which Vince did for a long time. It probably ain’t something that I could pull off, so having somebody that can is pretty cool.”Taylor Swift
“Taylor has gone out and brought a whole new fan base to our world. All these teenage girls that might not have listened to country before, she has brought them all into our genre. Nobody else is really doing that.”
