We've teamed up with White's Farm Supply to bring you the biggest Wild West FrogFest & Rodeo yet with FOUR Nashville acts. Our first act: James Wesley, who returns to thank Central New York farmers and open the show.

It's a lot of work. People don't realize what the farmers, their wives and their families really go through.

Wesley does more than sing about thanking farmers. He understands what they go through and wants to show his appreciation. 'It's a lot of work. People don't realize what the farmers, their wives and their families really go through. It's good to come out, show some support and thank those farmers.'

We've teamed up with White's Farm Supply to thank farmers again this year. One lucky farmer will get to be James Wesley's special guests at FrogFest like the Mierek Farm and By Design last year. Keep listening for more details, coming soon.

Wesley is no stranger to farming. 'As a kid, I grew up in a little farming town. There were only 200 in my hometown. There's 400 now. I don't know what that says about me leaving and then it doubles in size. I raised animals and worked on a farm, so I feel at home.'

His trip to the FrogFest stage last year on a tractor from White's Farm Supply was something new. 'That thing was like a space ship with all it's levers and gears. I wanted to pack the boys into it and drive it back to Nashville.'

With this song, even if you're not a farmer, everybody fits in with it

Wesley is hoping things get better for farmers soon. 'I think this year may be a turnaround with the milk prices going up. Maybe they'll get to reap some rewards for all that hard work.'

Wesley has been busy since last year's FrogFest, 'We have been fortunate enough to do a lot of things. We've been on a cruise. With the whole 'Thank a Farmer,' we've been to Arizona to a dairy convention and got to play for a bunch of dairy farmers, which was awesome. We play in San Antonio for 6000 farmers and ranchers. With this song, even if you're not a farmer, everybody fits in with it.'

Welsey is an outdoors kinda guy who likes to spend as much time with his family as he can.  We shot a few questions at him. Some he answered easily, others he was stumped by.

I may not even know that question.

QUESTIONS
How Do You Spend Your Free Time: 'I love to go to the shooting range or just hang out with my family. Do the things I don't get to do a whole lot, like see a movie.'

Favorite Movie: ''Lord of the Rings.' That who series is pretty awesome. Just how realistic they've made that movie is cool. I like comedy too. Jim Carey has to be my favorite comedian.'

Biggest Pet Peeve: 'People that ride your bumper or don't use their signal light. Just the other day I was behind a lady was trying to exit off the interstate and she was long past the exit. She flips her signal on and is practically at a dead stop in the middle of the interstate. I thought I was getting ready to take it on home but luckily I squeezed through.'

Something People Don't Know: 'I may not even know that question. I enjoy motorcycles. I started riding dirt bikes when I was 5 years-old. I also enjoy working on old cars and trucks. Anything from the 50's on up to early 70s.'
